As part of the Social Care Learning and Development team we provide a vast number of training courses to Northamptonshire County Council employees and the Private/Independent sectors.

RSA has been included in our training programme for the past five years and we have found them to be a knowledgeable, professional and reputable company and we would highly recommend them to provide an excellent service for you.

We have used RSA Environmental Health for our training requirements for a few years now and will continue to do so. Tony from RSA has carried out internal training for us covering various subjects including, manual handling, food safety and health & safety. All courses are carried out to a high standard and Tony always works closely with us to ensure that they fully meet our requirements. 

We have also asked Tony to run tailor made courses put together by ourselves which he has been happy to do so.

Thank you for accommodating our organisation at such short notice with a trainer from your agency. You supplied us with Fatima and she was amazing!

As a trainer she delivered the material with enthusiasm and passion, whilst engaging the group which was a mixture of young people, some with learning difficulties and challenging behaviours. The delivery style was at a good pace for the young people and Fatima seemed to adapt the programme with a variety of learning techniques so all young people participated.

Overall the experience was excellent for all involved and we would gladly use Fatima and your services again, please pass on our comments and gratitude.
