How much do you charge?

Fees vary according to the length of a contract and the type of work we are doing.

As a guide, our fees for one day’s training or consultancy start at £775 plus VAT although we do provide discounted prices for larger jobs. Some services are at lower rates and discounts are also available to clients subscribing to our Advisor Service.

Our quoted fee always includes all expenses unless stated to the contrary. Unavoidable extras are charged at cost, e.g. exam registration fees and laboratory analysis.

We will always let you know the cost before you commit yourself.

What part of the country do you cover?

We cover all of mainland UK and the Channel Isles. By special arrangement, we can also work elsewhere in Europe or beyond.

What qualifications do your consultants have?

We will use a consultant with the appropriate qualification for the job. The safety-related qualifications and memberships held by various members of staff within our organisation include:

	Chartered Environmental Health Officer
	University degrees
	Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner
	Registered Expert Witness
	Corporate membership of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (either as Fellow or Member)
	Corporate membership of the Royal Society of Health (either as Fellow or Member)
	Corporate membership of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management
	Safety Management Diplomas
	Corporate or Licentiate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development

What insurance do you carry?

We carry all the necessary business insurances. These include employer’s liability cover (£10 million), public liability (unlimited in total) and professional indemnity (£2 million per annum). There has never been a claim under any of these policies.

How soon can you respond?

We can normally give you a cost for your requirements within 24 hours. Short assignments can generally commence within a week or two, and longer ones by agreement.

What standard of service can we expect?

We pride ourselves on quality. All of our work is governed by ISO 9001 Quality Assurance procedures.
