This five day course is designed for middle and upper management, senior staff, food hygiene trainers, head chefs, food hygiene course designers and anyone with the responsibility for food safety. A level 3 qualification is strongly recommmented before attendance.

The above fee is per candidate and includes exam fee, course notes, refreshments throughout the day and a buffet lunch.
Successful candidates will receive an internationally recognised certificate from an accredited awarding body.
On completion of this course delegates will receive a nationally recognised certificate from an accredited body.
With a training qualification, this course will also allow delegates to have the appropriate technical knowledge to train candidates for the level 2 Food Safety Qualification.
